Special Notes
These Vietnamese pork chops are marinated in a flavorful mixture of fish sauce, soy sauce, and aromatics. The marinade creates a perfect balance of salty, sweet, and savory flavors. The key is to not overcook the pork to keep it tender and juicy. This dish pairs perfectly with steamed rice and pickled vegetables. The lime wedges add a bright, acidic finish that complements the rich flavors of the pork.
